A Gentle First Session

An orientation space to see if this work feels right for you

There are moments when something inside you says maybe, while another part says slowly.

This session exists for that exact place.

This is not a commitment to ongoing work.
It is a single, contained meeting designed to help you arrive, be listened to, and experience how I work without needing to go anywhere you’re not ready to go.


What this session is

This is a one-to-one orientation session where we move at the pace your system allows.

You remain aware, in choice, and in control throughout.

Together, we create a calm, grounded space where you can:

  • Speak about what’s present for you, without needing to explain or justify
  • Be reflected with care, not analysed or diagnosed
  • Experience a brief, gentle practice so you can feel my way of working
  • Sense whether this feels like a safe and supportive fit for you

Many people choose this session because they are curious but cautious, hopeful but discerning.

That combination is welcome here.


What we’ll do together

1. Arrival and grounding
We begin by settling the body and nervous system. Nothing forced. Nothing rushed.

2. Listening and gentle mapping
You share what brings you here. I reflect patterns, themes, and edges with clarity and respect. There is no pressure to go deep.

3. A short experiential practice
A contained, optional practice such as guided settling, imagery, or light hypnotic work. Just enough to sense how this work lands in you.

4. Integration and choice
We close by naming what emerged and outlining possible next steps, if and when you wish to continue.

This session stands on its own.


What this session is not

To be clear, this is not:

  • An assessment
  • A diagnostic process
  • A promise of healing or transformation
  • A sales conversation

There is no expectation to book further sessions.

If you decide not to continue, that choice is fully respected.


Who this is for

This session may be right for you if:

  • You’re drawn to therapeutic or transpersonal work but want to proceed carefully
  • You’ve done inner work before and value depth with safety
  • You want to feel the practitioner, not just read about the method
  • You’re ready to explore, but not to push yourself

If you’re unsure, that’s often the right place to begin.

Format: Online, one-to-one (I only offer 2 sessions each week to keep the work well held.)

Location: Secure video call (details sent after booking)

After booking, you’ll receive a short confirmation with everything you need to arrive comfortably.

No preparation is required. 

This session is intentionally priced to support commitment without pressure.

About my approach

I work in a way that honours autonomy, nervous system safety, and personal sovereignty.

My role is not to fix you, interpret you, or take authority over your experience.
It is to hold a steady, attentive space where insight and integration can emerge naturally.

We work with what is present, not what is forced.
