Your privacy truly matters
When you share your name, email, or message through my forms, I treat that information with care and respect. This information is needed to connect with you: your name, email address, and whatever you choose to write in your message.
This information is used for one of two things:
- To respond to your inquiry or message
- To send you occasional updates, letters, or reflections (only if you’ve said yes to receiving them).
Confidentiality within the workshops
We ask all participants to respect the privacy and personal experiences of others.
Personal sharing is entirely optional.
Information disclosed privately to the facilitator will not ordinarily be shared with other participants.
However, because these are group workshops, absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. Participants may hear information shared voluntarily by others.
Everyone will be asked not to record, photograph, reproduce or disclose other participants’ personal contributions.
The live workshops, including guided hypnosis and group discussions, may be recorded by the organiser.
Any guided practice audio provided between sessions will be recorded separately and will not contain participants’ contributions.
In exceptional circumstances, personal information may need to be disclosed where required by law or where necessary and legally permitted to respond to a serious safety concern.
How is your information stored and protected?
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, loss or misuse.
These include restricting access to confidential responses, using appropriately secured accounts and limiting the information collected.
Access to individual questionnaire responses and private suitability discussions is restricted to the facilitator and, only where necessary, authorised service providers with appropriate confidentiality and data protection arrangements.
We do not sell, trade, or share your information with anyone else, and never will.
Your data is stored securely and used solely for communication between you and LightSoul Holistic.
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of any message or by emailing me directly at renate@lightsoulholistic.com
This website may use simple tools like cookies or analytics (to understand how visitors find the site). No personally identifying information is stored or tracked.
Marketing communications and testimonials
Booking a workshop does not automatically subscribe you to our newsletter or promotional communications.
Any optional marketing subscription will be presented separately, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
We will not publish identifiable participant feedback or testimonials without appropriate permission.
Permission to publish a testimonial will be requested separately and will specify the wording and form of attribution.
Declining marketing or testimonial requests will not affect your workshop participation.

Session Terms:
All sessions are non-refundable once completed.
If you need to reschedule, please reach out at least 48 hours in advance for online sessions..
Please give 4 days notice to reschedule an in-person session. In-person sessions are available by request in Kent, UK. Virtual sessions are available globally.
