How a Session Works

We will have an initial introductory screening which may last up to 60 minutes. This will start with a short conversation about what you’d like to focus on, whether that’s an emotional issue, a habit you’d like to change, or simply a desire for clarity and peace.

Subsequently, you’ll be guided into a comfortable, relaxed state, similar to meditation or daydreaming.
In this state, the conscious mind quiets, allowing the subconscious to reveal what’s ready to be healed or understood.

Depending on your needs, a session may include:

  • Gentle guided imagery and relaxation
  • Dialogue with the subconscious mind
  • Inner child or higher self work
  • Symbolic or regression-based exploration
  • Positive suggestion and integration

You remain fully aware, in control, and safe throughout the process.
