Hi, I’m Renate. I work with people at moments when something needs to shift, when familiar ways of coping no longer hold, when the nervous system is depleted, or when life itself is asking for a deeper kind of attention. My role is not to push change, but to create the conditions in which it can unfold safely, gently, and in its own time.
I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health and am trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Transpersonal Hypnotherapy, Past Life Regression, Reiki, and Crystal Healing. I am a member of the National Association of Transpersonal Hypnotherapists and the International Institute of Complementary Therapists. I am also a qualified Soul Midwife, offering compassionate presence and support during times of profound transition, including end-of-life, grief, and other liminal thresholds.
Soul Midwifery has further refined my approach, strengthening my capacity to listen without agenda, to accompany rather than direct, and to hold space for meaning, dignity, and continuity beyond words. Whether supporting emotional healing, habit change, sleep and nervous system regulation, or end-of-life care, I work ethically, respectfully, and in alignment with each person’s inner timing.

People who work with me often speak of feeling more settled in themselves. They notice greater clarity, steadier sleep, a softening of long-held tension, and a renewed sense of choice where they once felt stuck. For some, the change is subtle but profound, a quiet return to inner ground. For others, it shows up as tangible movement: habits loosening, grief becoming more breathable, or an increased capacity to meet life with less effort and more presence.
I have been facilitating positive change in people for over three decades. Alongside professional training, my lived experience has profoundly shaped how I work and who I am best placed to support. Walking my own path through challenge, transition, and inner reorganisation has given me a deep respect for complexity, for non-linear healing, and for the courage it takes to change from the inside out.
This combination of experiences has taught me that meaningful transformation is not something done to a person. It arises when safety, trust, and timing are honoured. My work is therefore relational, trauma-aware, and carefully paced, with close attention to the nervous system and the whole person.
At the heart of my practice is the Expansion Path Method, my signature approach to trauma-informed, transpersonal healing. This method works at the intersection of the nervous system, subconscious mind, and embodied awareness, guiding clients to move from reactivity into regulation, from old patterns into conscious choice, and from self-protection into self-leadership.
I do not position myself as someone who fixes or overrides. My role is to walk alongside, offering steadiness, skill, and presence, while trusting the innate intelligence within each person to guide their own process of healing and change.
It is a privilege to accompany others through their crossings. I trust that the work we do together supports not only your own unfolding, but also contributes quietly and meaningfully to the wider field we are all part of.
