The Expansion Path

A trauma-informed, transpersonal healing journey

The Expansion Path is an 8-week, one-to-one healing journey for people who feel emotionally stuck, over-activated, or disconnected from themselves, and who sense that insight alone is no longer enough.

This work supports emotional regulation, habit change, and a renewed sense of inner safety by working with the subconscious mind, the nervous system, and embodied awareness together.

Rather than focusing on symptoms in isolation, we explore the deeper patterns that shape how you respond to stress, relationships, and life transitions, gently and at your own pace.

Who this is for

This journey is for you if you:

  • Experience recurring emotional patterns or nervous system overwhelm
  • Feel ready to move beyond coping strategies into deeper integration
  • Are open to both psychological and transpersonal approaches
  • Want change that feels sustainable, not forced

This is not crisis support or a replacement for medical or psychiatric care. It is a contained, reflective space for people ready to engage in meaningful inner work.

How we work

Sessions integrate trauma-informed hypnotherapy, somatic awareness, guided imagery, and subtle body practices. The emphasis is on safety, consent, and collaboration. You remain fully in control of your experience at all times.

Alongside live sessions, you receive guided audio practices and integration prompts to support ongoing regulation and insight between sessions.

What clients often notice

  • Increased emotional stability and self-trust
  • Reduced reactivity and compulsive patterns
  • A stronger sense of connection to self and inner guidance
  • Greater capacity to respond rather than react

The aim is not to “fix” you, but to support integration, choice, and self-leadership.

You may find the answers below helpful before booking.

Is this therapy or counselling?

No. This work is not psychotherapy, counselling, or a medical service.
It is a trauma-informed, complementary healing approach that supports emotional regulation, self-awareness, and personal integration. It may sit alongside therapy or medical care, but it does not replace them.

Can this help with mental health diagnoses?

This work does not diagnose, treat, or claim to cure mental health conditions.
If you have a diagnosed condition, are under psychiatric care, or taking medication, you are welcome to explore this work alongside appropriate medical or therapeutic support, provided you are currently stable.

Is this suitable if I’m in crisis?

No. This work is not crisis support.
If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, psychosis, severe dissociation, or feel unsafe, please seek immediate support through your GP, mental health services, or emergency resources. I am happy to help you think about next steps once stability is in place.

What issues do people typically bring?

Clients often come with long-standing emotional patterns, stress-related symptoms, habit change goals, life transitions, or a sense of inner disconnection. Many have already done therapy and are looking for a deeper, integrative approach.

What happens during a session?

Sessions may include guided relaxation, imagery, subconscious exploration, somatic awareness, and reflective dialogue. You remain conscious, aware, and in control throughout. There is no mind control, regression, or loss of agency.

Will I be asked to relive trauma?

No. This work does not require re-living or retelling traumatic events.
The emphasis is on safety, pacing, and working with present-moment awareness and internal resources.

Is this spiritual or religious?

This work is not religious.
It is transpersonal in nature, meaning it acknowledges inner experience, meaning-making, and subtle awareness where relevant, always guided by the client’s own beliefs and comfort.

How many sessions will I need?

Change is individual. The flagship programme offers a contained 8-week journey designed to allow meaningful progress without pressure. There is no obligation to continue beyond this.

What are your boundaries as a practitioner?

I do not offer emergency support, on-call availability, or advice outside agreed sessions. Clear boundaries are part of creating a safe and ethical container for this work.

How do I know if this is right for me?

A consultation call allows us both to assess fit. There is no obligation to proceed. This work is most effective when entered into willingly, with readiness and self-responsibility.
