What is The Inner History Session?

The Inner History Session is the term I have given to my Past Life Regression session. It is a gentle yet profound guided experience for exploring symbolic, archetypal, or transpersonal imagery. Using deep relaxation, reflective attention, and guided imagery, clients may access memories, sensations, or stories held within the subconscious or soul-consciousness. While these experiences may feel like “inner histories,” they are understood as subjective, symbolic, and meaningful material rather than literal past lives.

These inner experiences can offer insight into recurring emotional patterns, beliefs, and relational dynamics that shape life today. The session provides a safe container for reflection, emotional release, and integration, supporting self-awareness, forgiveness, and inner peace.

While other healing modalities may help you relax, regulate your nervous system, or clear energetic disturbances, the Inner History Session goes deeper by uncovering insights that bring clarity, perspective, and lasting transformation

How a Session Works

Your Inner History session is a two-part journey designed to move at your own pace and guided always by your highest good.

🕊️ Part One – Connection & Consultation (30–45 minutes)
We begin by establishing a calm connection and discussing your intentions for the session. Together we invite your higher self to guide the process, ensuring that what arises serves your healing and understanding.

💫 Part Two – Inner History (60–90 minutes)
In a safe and peaceful space, you’ll be gently guided into a deeply relaxed, trance-like state—a bridge between waking awareness and the reflective, imaginative space of the subconscious. From here, your inner mind may reveal impressions, symbolic scenes, or emotions that feel resonant with experiences from another time or realm of consciousness.

You remain fully aware and in control throughout the session, simply observing what unfolds with curiosity, compassion, and openness. The focus is on reflection, insight, and integration, not on verifying or interpreting literal past events.

🌺 Integration – Debrief & Reflection (15–30 minutes)
We’ll close with gentle grounding and reflection, discussing your insights and how they may relate to your current situation.

The full two-part process lasts around three hours in total and is conducted with care, respect, and trust in your soul’s wisdom.
