Services

All sale are final for services. Clients can exchange services or reschedule with 48 hours notice for online sessions and with 4 days notice for in person sessions.

One-time courtesy rescheduling is allowed for late cancellations, after which sessions cancelled without appropriate notice are forfeited.

Digital downloads

Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed/downloaded due to the nature of digital products. Please ensure you’re purchasing the correct item before completing your order.
