“What Went Well This Week?”

The mind, a vast landscape, shaped by years of strain,
A nervous system tuned to the echoes of pain.
It scans for the threats, the dangers, the strife,
A silent alarm in the rhythm of life.

But what if, in stillness, we asked with care,
“What went well this week?”, a question so rare.
A seed in the soil of the conscious mind,
A simple inquiry, gentle and kind.

Yet beneath the surface, where thoughts take flight,
In the subconscious mind, there’s a deeper light.
Here, in the quiet, where old patterns lie,
This question takes root, as time passes by.

Through hypnotherapy, we plant this seed,
Allowing the mind to notice, indeed,
The good, the calm, the peace that’s near,
And shift from the noise to what is clear.

In deep relaxation, the mind lets go,
Opening to the positive, letting it flow.
As the subconscious reprograms, so too does the heart,
Learning to welcome the good from the start.

In the stillness, the brain finds space to breathe,
A moment to pause, to rest and reprieve.
What once was a storm, relentless and loud,
Now shifts into waves that softly enshroud.

Each session, a ripple in the quiet deep,
The seeds of change sown while the mind is asleep.
What went well? The question now lingers,
In the subconscious, it slips through the fingers,

Not as a thought, but as a subtle pulse,
A change in the current, a soothing impulse.
And day by day, this practice expands,
As the brain rewires with gentle hands.

With time, this question no longer feels strange,
It becomes the norm, the steady range.
What went well today? The inquiry begins,
A habit of peace that quiets the din.

The mind, once alert to the shadows of fear,
Now finds the light that was always near.
A new rhythm emerges, soft yet profound,
The nervous system, no longer bound.

Through hypnotherapy, through mindful inquiry,
The mind finds balance, calm, and clarity.
In the depth of the subconscious, new paths are laid,
And the peace once lost is gently regained.

So we ask again, with trust and grace,
“What went well?” as we create space.
For in this simple question, so pure and true,
We find the power to heal and renew.

I invite you to stop and reflect on your week, what went well?

Thank you for stopping by. Please share, like and comment.💕
